At Wisville College, we are committed to not just educating our students but also preparing them for real-world success. As part of our vocational training approach, we have designed an Internship & Hands-on Training Program in partnership with reputable companies across various industries in our city. This initiative ensures that students gain practical experience, refine their skills, and become productive members of society even before they graduate.
Objectives of the Wisville Internship & Hands-on Training
- Bridge the gap between theory and practice—Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills they learn in school in real work environments.
- Provide real-world industry exposure—Students will gain insights into workplace ethics, standards, and professional expectations.
- Equip students for financial independence—By mastering hands-on skills, students can generate income while in school and immediately after graduation.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- Industry Partnerships: Students will be placed in reputable organizations that align with their chosen vocational fields, ranging from IT and digital skills to technical and creative trades.
- Mentorship and Supervision: Each student will be assigned a mentor within the company to guide them throughout their internship.
- Periodic Evaluations: Students will be assessed on their progress through reports from their mentors, self-reflection logs, and practical assessments at school.
- Business and Career Coaching: Beyond technical skills, students will be trained on business development, financial management, and career growth.
